Unseen Influences- Disconnecting from Mass Negativity

Did you know we are always under the influence of thought-forms, whether they are positive or negative? When we create thoughts, we are sending them out into the Astral field, where they then can act on their own and create disharmony in our lives, as we unknowingly feed them with our inner thoughts which are in resonance with these energies.

As we enter this new year, we may be continuing to feel stressed from the overwhelmingly difficult year we have just gone through. It’s okay. We are all being influenced by the massive influx of information regarding the COVID -19 situation and the election situation. This information overload is affecting us on a deeper level than we may realize. These fearful and stressful thoughtforms are initiated in the mainstream media system, then propagated by our continued focus on them, as well as our own creation of them with our own negative thoughts and feelings and fears pertaining to those instigated in us by the media. Sounds like a vicious circle doesn’t it?

When I first started working with energy, in addition to mass media negativity, I began to realize how much my own negative thinking was bringing me down and keeping me in a low vibration, especially during difficult emotional times in my life. I had no idea I was contributing to my own misery by perpetuating the negativity through my own feelings of resentment or low self-worth creating thoughtforms that were in continuous resonance with me. Over time, with continued awareness, I began to notice my thoughts and quickly change them from negative to those more positive and gratitude-filled. It takes time and a conscious effort, and believe me, it is so worth it!

It is a known phenomenon within the unseen world, that there are energetic entities or elemental thoughtforms, which are created from our own thoughts and feelings, and when there are common thoughts and feelings from large groups of people, these entities take on a much larger influential role in our lives. We can see it when we observe how the media effects the entire nation and how it invokes many fearful ideas within us, which then creates more thoughtforms of similar resonance, creating even bigger influential thoughtforms and around it goes.

The idea of elemental thoughtforms is explained in the work of the Greek Master Healer, Stylianos Atteshlis, also known as Daskalos (teacher), as explained in the book, Magus of Strovolos, by Kyriacos C. Markides. When we are becoming aware of our subtle energies, our thoughts and feelings, we must be as vigilant as possible in keeping negative thoughts in check. Otherwise, we are unwittingly contributing to the overall negative energies influencing ourselves and others around us.

Daskalos says “elementals have a life of their own, just like any living form and can have existence independent of the one who projected them.” This means they can influence us through resonance. This is why it is so important to clear our minds of negativity and focus on the positive aspects in our lives with gratitude. This keeps us from being in resonance with negative energies in the inner planes, or astral worlds.

Easier said than done right? With practice and dedication to this intention, it becomes easier to disengage from negativity.

After limiting exposure to harsh energies such as mainstream and other media, large crowds, negative individuals, etc., what are some other practices you can do to minimize resonance with negativity?

One of the best ways to naturally rid ourselves of negative thinking patterns is to first become aware that we are having them. Then, as a mindfulness practice, acknowledge them and transmute them with love and let them go. How do you transmute something with love? You acknowledge the thought or feeling and bless it with gratitude from your heart for showing you how you don’t want to think or feel, and thank it for the lesson it gave you. Then, you can infuse the negative thought or feeling with loving energy from your heart space and release it.

Another way to minimize the influence of negative thoughtforms is to not pay any attention to them. Just let them float right by you and devoid them of your energy. You can then just keep focusing on positive feelings, repeating positive mantras, etc.

Spending time in nature, going for walks in the woods, or near the ocean or other body of water naturally clears negativity and gives us good feelings and can help change our thinking patterns to more affirmative and supportive ones. All of these are wonderful selfcare exercises which are supportive on so many levels.

Consciously removing sources of negativity, saying positive affirmations are some of the tools I used prior to knowing about this idea of elemental thoughtforms. It is also what keeps me from being in a state of fear during these very difficult times we are all facing.

Of course, there are energetic tools that can be used to alleviate these connections to negative mass thoughtforms. If you would like more information on an energy healing session, please contact me and let me know. I would be happy to work with you.

Wishing you a Blessed Happy and Healthy New Year filled with Peace, Love, Joy, Happiness and lots of positive energies surrounding you and your loved ones.

Mystical Blessings!

Feel like you aren’t getting anywhere on your path of awakening? Putting in lots of meditation time and still find yourself reacting to the day’s stresses and those in your environment in less than enlightened ways? Hitting inner road blocks like never before? It’s okay. It happens. We are awakening to a new way of being. Our old habits and patterns aren’t so easy to shake. It takes time, effort, discipline, and patience. Patience with others, and most importantly with ourselves. Our old ways of thinking and behaving won’t leave us overnight, just because we have awakened to our spiritual selves and are aware that we are much more than we ever thought we were. We are still human beings with thoughts, feelings, inner wounds and habitual behaviors. Now that we are aware, we are responsible for taking care of ourselves on a much deeper level. Which means we must face our inner selves with courage and determination to heal and reach our full potential, and allow ourselves the time and space to do so. I remember when I first started attending classes and group meditations. I just knew, every meditation, every next new class, I was going to be opened up and my spiritual gifts would suddenly appear and I would finally arrive! Of course, I began to catch on with each new meditation, or new class, that I still had some inner work to do before my gifts would decide to show up. I finally began to realize, it’s a process, not an event! It’s the journey that counts, not the destination. I still had loads of inner work to do. In addition to the wounds I had yet to heal from years of emotional trauma, as I was slowly beginning my healing journey, I suddenly found myself dealing with the grief of the loss of my mother and my marriage. Two major life changes in almost as many years. Yes, I had work to do. Of course, healing and awakening weren’t going to happen immediately, though in the beginning I naively thought they would. Or, maybe I just wished they would, so the hurt would stop. Walking the awakening path opens doors to awareness in unexpected ways. We begin to see ourselves, perhaps for the first time. Self-awareness is the path to true healing and awakening. We are no good to others if we don’t first take care of ourselves. If we aren’t working on our inner work, our spiritual development will not progress as rapidly as we would like. To be clear enough to connect to higher worlds, we must do the inner work to shed all of the heaviness from our being. I know all too well that facing our inner demons is a very scary prospect. Who knows what we will find lurking in the recesses of our inner being? Yet, we can’t let that stop us from doing our work. Living in that fear is self-defeating and stops us in our tracks. It keeps us in our lower patterns and from exploring our inner connections to the worlds of Spirit and Higher Consciousness. The journey requires us to have the courage to face our inner wounds, so we can heal and move forward with clarity and inner peace.
